Darin Trites

Vice President of Business Development

Darin previously worked in mortgage and new construction lending, and brings nearly 20 years of finance and real estate experience to All American Commercial Title. He has passion for real estate with experience from land development to buying and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Finding his way to the title industry in 2008, Darin worked in development roles with a large underwriter and ran a multi office title company in the Dakotas

Liam Shay

Senior Underwriting Counsel

Liam rejoins All American Commercial Title in the role of Senior Underwriting Counsel. Liam is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, and brings almost two decades of experience in all aspects of the title insurance process. Liam’s attention to detail and thorough understanding of the law, coupled with his relatable approach to communication are assets that combine perfectly with All American Commercial Title’s “value added” approach to the client experience. In his career, Liam has worked closely with all of the major underwriters, and has developed many close working relationships as a result.
Liam spent 8 years working as part of the All American Title Family, filling various roles, having examined and overseen thousands of transactions from simple residential refinances to multi-million dollar commercial transactions, while also presenting seminars to groups of lenders and real estate professionals on a variety of topics including: title law, commercial endorsements, and mechanic’s liens.
Most recently, Liam spent time with a national title agency gaining a broader understanding of the challenges being faced by the title insurance industry.
Liam is an avid local sports fan and enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing tennis, biking, watching movies and Scouting.

Elizabeth Fry

New Construction Manager

Elizabeth attended University of Northwestern – St. Paul and obtained a BA in Communication Studies. She decided to pursue a career in the title industry and after several years, in 2011, she joined All American Commercial Title. Elizabeth has experience ranging from new construction, REO, residential and commercial transactions. Elizabeth is a licensed Commercial Closer and manages several closing accounts in addition to also overseeing the Construction Disbursing Department. She specializes in the closing and disbursement of construction loans – new construction, early start construction, and end loan financing. She is dedicated to the highest level of detail and organization for each and every transaction and her well-rounded experience gives her the ability to offer exceptional service to every client.

Terrie Ortloff

Closing Management Specialist

All American Commercial Title Welcomes Terrie Ortloff. Terrie joins All American Commercial Title as a Closing Management Specialist. She brings over 20 years of experience in SBA 504 loans and previously was a Loan Closing Officer for a non-profit corporation that specialized in commercial construction loans and equipment loans in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She handled all aspects of closing from the initial approval of a loan through the funding of the loan. She has been working with title insurance companies directly for over 25 years and brings a vast amount of knowledge in SBA rules and regulations. Terrie’s passion is assisting clients in providing the best possible customer service.

Maria Kisielius

Commercial Title Analyst

Maria is rejoining the All American Commercial Title team as a Commercial Title Analyst after previously focusing her time as our Executive Closer and President for six years.
Prior to joining All American, Maria worked as a senior paralegal with a focus on complex transactions involving local, national and international commercial real property with uses including energy, industrial, office, mixed use and hospitality. Maria also has considerable experience as a foreclosure specialist.
In addition to her background in the legal field, Maria worked as a developer assistant for a successful local acquisition and development firm where she assisted in securing funding for and monitoring construction of multi-family residences and rehabilitation of existing properties.

Kevin Gartland

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Gartland became a principal of All American Title in 2004. Kevin has over ten years of experience in finance and real estate. He has previously worked in mortgage industry and has gained knowledge of the real estate transaction from both sides of the table. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.Kevin focuses on managing portions of the closing and marketing teams at AAT. He is responsible for the company’s financial management including administration, budgeting and controls, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.Kevin and his wife, Whitney, live in Maple Grove with their daughter Avery and their son Jackson.

Kevin Webb


Kevin has more than twenty years of real estate experience. Initially, Kevin worked for one of the largest residential construction lending firms in Minnesota. With that company, he managed a loan portfolio of more than $20,000,000, working with local builders and developers. In 1999, Kevin founded All American Title, a successful residential title company that is licensed to service both Minnesota & Wisconsin. In 2005, he co-founded All American Commercial Title (AACT) and in 2014, Kevin acquired full ownership of AACT. Having worked in and around all aspects of the title insurance and the closing process, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge that allows him to be a tremendous support to both internal staff members and external clients. His consistent focus on working with the top real estate and lending professionals in the industry has allowed the company to be a wealth of possible referrals and networking opportunities for those engaged with AACT.
